As well as cheap petrol, is the best pizza shop and one of a few video shops left trading serving the community
I like to go out and spend time seeing family and friends and enjoying the nice sunny days going for a drive, enjoying new areas of interesting shops and places in our community

After long day’s work it’s good to relax or catch up on life’s never-ending duties, listening to any music helps me un-wind but I like to go out for a nice meal in our local area to get to know the people who socialise and enjoy a chat and a laugh. My interests include old cars, cars with metal bumper bars, I like going to hot rod shows, where I usually see my clients around and stop to say hello.
What i want to achieve next is to have my own car in the bay to Birdwood car run.

I finished year 11 and at school I studied accountancy but thought it was way too hard and my first real job was working for a Cabinet making company in Salisbury for 7 years, next to the Salisbury football club whom I played for years ago. I went on a year’s holiday to the U.K and when I came back I got a job driving for someone who was doing In Home Tax Appointments. I started learning about tax from reading tax packs in the car and the following year I did a tax course and started working 25 years ago preparing tax returns.
Most importantly I’ve learnt that financially we all need to save every dollar and can start saving money mostly on our mortgage

Anand lives in the North-Eastern suburb of Manningham, about 6km from Adelaide’s city centre. He loves spending time with family and friends, walking in natural surroundings and watching sports; and is an active member of a number of community groups in the area.  

Anand’s qualifications include a bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Financial Management and Economics, a graduate diploma in Management (Business Administration) and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.  He has worked for a range of Australian commercial banks for over 35 years and has over 25 years of experience in business and commercial relationship banking, and consumer/mortgage finance.
